Purchased ringtone stopped working?

Well I bought 2 ringtones off the media store here online, they worked good for the first few hours but now they won't play. And when i click on the ringtone on my phone and go to "file info" the phone restarts. Any ideas as to whats goin on cuz I feel I just wasted 6 bucks on 2 ringtones....

Oh and my phone is the samsung alias if that helps, and i've already tried taking the battery out for a min. while the phone was on...that didnt help.

Hi,

I am also having the same problem. I purchased 3 ringback tones last night from my phone and set one of them as my default, but when I went to check it out, I still had a classical piece playing. I went into the website last night and this morning to try and manage my ringback tones and cannot get anywhere for it to come up. It might be something wrong with the website. Can anyone else tell me if they are having the same problem.
