My screen has died. I need to restart but can't use the touch screen. Any ideas?
Power/Lock Key lets you turn the phone on or off or turn the screen on or off, restart the phone, or switch your phone to silent mode, vibration mode, or Airplane Mode.
Turn Your Phone On and Off The instructions below explain how to turn your phone on and off.
Turn Your Phone On ► Press and hold the Power/Lock key until the screen lights up.
Turn Your Phone Off
1. Press and hold the Power/Lock key until the phone options are displayed.
2. Tap Power off > OK to turn the phone off.
Restart Your Phone
2. Tap Restart > OK to restart the phone.
Hard Restart ► Press and hold the Power/Lock key for about ten seconds. The phone shuts down and automatically starts up.
