Safari and Youtube can't load anything either on LTE or on WIFI. What is the problem?

Are your apps all updated in the App Store? I'm assuming yes. Other suggestions I have are as follows:

• Backup the device > restore to default > download YouTube (prior to restoring from backup) and see if it works
• Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings - unlikely this will help but it is worth a shot

Also, make sure your logged into YouTube via the app. Again this is more than likely not the issue but worth trying.
