MY iPhone 6plus no longer rings after recent update. Any ideas? I do not want to spend two hours at the Verizon store.

It is extremely important that your phone rings. Let's work together and get this working. Have you checked the silent switch on the side? Is it orange? Do you have any sound? If the switch is not the issue, try restoring your device http://apple.co/1MmsAnP with Itunes.
