My iPhone 4s fell into water. I wiped off as much water as possible. I can't access anything on my phone now. My phone keeps lighting up to turn it off yet I can't. Different features keep going on and off. I have to be up early in the morning and don't have an alarm clock.I don't have anyone who I can borrow an phone from. I can't afford to repair my phone right now.I put it in rice and it just keeps lighting up or turning on Siri. Does anyone how to fix it?
