So Verizon use to be 24 hours a day 365 days a year for technical support! When did they stop doing 24 hour support? This is making me want to change phone providers. They need to bring it back. If anyone knows how to get ahold of Verizon after there hours

7 AM - 11 PM, Mon - Fri

8 AM - 9 PM, Sat - Sun     (Eastern)

Please let me know. I think it is wrong to have to wait till they open when I am having phone issues.

Just guessing here but I would immagine that it got to expensive paying a hundred people (or more or less) to man the phones for overnight when the lack of incoming calls do not justify the expense.

Same principle goes the same for McDonalds opening early for morning customers, they could make more money that way. So Verizon wouldnt lose money, they shut down the overnight tech and customer support.
