What are charges to end Month-to-Month?

If I end my month-to-month wireless plan at mid-month (or sooner), assuming I've stayed within my plan minutes, does verizon pro-rate my plan charges for less than the month?

Yes, you would be prorated and you would receive a partial credit back on the final bill.
