Black screen but texts keep beeping. how do I retrieve vacation pictures?

broken screen aftern MAINE lighthouse tour ends in fog,water,etc.  Got home...how to get pics without SD card?need to download to laptop?

cannot see screen to get into USB mode as usual? HELP/ Happy to go to store to replace device...after MALL RIOT for iPhone!

What is the make/model of your phone? Have you powered off and removed the battery? Have you ever backed up your phone with the Verizon Cloud?
