I recently changed my plan from 3 GB to 6 GB. I have about a week left before my cycle ends. I was at 4.795 GB when I made the switch to 6 GB. It was confirmed when I checked My Verizon App because it said I have used 4.795 GB out of 6 GB....anyway, I was online checking out Facebook for a few minutes (which does not use up much data) and repeatedly kept checking my usage to see how close I was getting to the 5 GB mark....slowly but surely I was getting there when all of a sudden I got 2 text messages in a row..the first saying Ive used up 88% of my 6 GB then the 2nd text saying I used up 90% of data. I looked at my data usage and it jumped up to 5.430 GB used within a matter of seconds! How is that possible when all i was simply doing was browsing facebook? Is there anywhere I can go to check in detail where the last .500 GB went?
