I was navigating my IPhone 5S when, out of no where, my screen went white with vertical gray bars and then proceeded to shut itself down. I am not unable to turn the phone back on. Any suggestions?
I am sorry to hear about your phone. Lets see if we can get it working again. Have you tried a reset on your phone by pressing and holding the power button & home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears? When you plug the phone into the wall outlet does it respond?
