I am trying to back up my pictures in Verizon Cloud......put the user name and password in but it keeps saying it can't authenticate at this time......any suggestions?
Backing up your information and keeping it safe is always important link1time. Let’s work together to have the Verizon cloud work like it should. Are you using the same user id and password used when logging into MyVerizon? Have you ever been able to use the Cloud? Have you tried uninstalling and installing the application to see if this fixes the error message?
