Annual up-grade on add lines are gone after main line was up-graded. This is not right. Please help
Patience, and possibly a call to Customer Service - the website is apparently undergoing a major overhaul and is having some glitches. Upgrade options, ringtone purchases, and usage totals seem to be a few of the areas that are having problems (at least the ones that are cropping up often on the forums).
If this is a family share plan though, secondary lines do not qualify for Annual Upgrades. You need to bill at least $49.99/month with monthly access to take advantage of an Annual Upgrade.
