I can see there are attachments to my incoming emails but cannot open them. I have tried resetting and all settings seem to be in order. I am having a difficult time conducting business with this not working. Anyone else having this problem?

Otherwise, if you noticed this issue was immediately present after the update it may be best to back up the device and reset it to factory defaults. I'm having the same problem. Need to use device for work, but after recent update it's basically useless. Super frustrating!!!
Oh no! Lets ensure all e-mail attachments are able to be opened. Are you familiar with how large the attachement is? If it's a larger attachment and you have download size set to a low KB or subject only this may cause the issue.
