The open apps soft key/button does not work on my BRAND NEW PHONE. Samsung Galaxy Core prime. I refuse to pay $35 restocking fee for a phone that the features DO NOT work properly. Is there a fix for this? Or do I have to hassle with exchanging it for a phone that works the way it should? I have restarted the phone several times and have taken the battery out to try to reboot it that way.
