LG V10

When on a call on the v10 I am unable to see incoming calls. The screen is completely black even the 2nd screen is unlit. The sensor on the front will not allow the phone to light up if it is totally dark in the room. It's almost like the phone is still in a holster sometimes even pressing the power button will not light it up. The only way is to shut it down and restart it. Is there settings on the phone for these issues

We definitely want to find out why this is happening, Randir52. Together, I'm sure we can figure this out. Did you download any apps around the time this started happening to you? Do you have a case on your phone? There is a proximity sensor (little round lens) at the top of your phone. If anything is blocking it or gets in the way of it, that would cause the screen to go into sleep mode.

Ever since I've got the phone, the phone rings, I swipe to answere, and phone goes black... If I pace a call, the moment I got call, the phone goes black, 99% of the time it is in an open face carrier on the dash, and I have to stop the truck to access the power button on the back to light up the screen to put on speaker.

I have contacted customer service and all they say is reset it, which works for an hour or two, then it goes back to going black.
