I am having repeated issues with one of the users on my cell support. As this traveler moves about the US his Exchange sync (email) stops and refuses to allow him as the user to force a re-connection to the Exchange service that I maintain (Exchange 2003). I have a break fix that must be applied by deleting his WEB account through the Web Admin console for Exchange and forcing the phone to rebuild the account. This is a terrible solution but it has been working. Has anyone discovered a similar issue and found a permanent solution? I will say that the solution is not going to be found by flipping a sync setting on the Droid Maxx phone console...been there it is not the issue here.
