I'm not able to receive any text messages from certain numbers. I've noticed that most of them have service with AT&T. They are all receiving my texts. There are different types of phones involved. I am able to place and receive calls from them. Verizon has placed tickets and still no resolution to this issue. I was instructed by a Verizon technician to call AT&T to fix this problem???? My friends can send a text message to other members in my household without any problems just not to me. Every time my husband and I call to try and get this resolved, there's always a different answer.
