My Samsung 6 keeps dinging and saying the dock is connected. I don't have a dock! Please advise
Lannie88,No worries, help is here. It has been brought to our attention that other customers were having the same concern. Don’t worry there is a fix. Please place your device into Safe Mode which temporarily disables your installed apps while in this mode. Rest assured once you have taken your device out of this mode all will be well again. Additionally, you don’t have to worry about losing any information while using this mode.
