Since this issue started after processing a software update, my resources indicate that doing a factory reset as per this link http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-127239/ will resolve any post software update issues. Please ensure that you disable Automatic Restore as per this link http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-126571/ while processing factory reset.Keep us posted.
