I have a Samsung 5 and I cannot use video calling. What do I need to do
Be sure Advanced Calling is activated on the phone and on your Verizon account (call CS or visit verizonwireless.com and check the features on your line).
The other party also has to have Advanced Calling enabled on their phone.
