A few months ago, my brand new crisp Galaxy Note 4's internal antenna randomly stopped working. When I took it to Verizon, they suggested I use my warranty. So I did, and when I got my new phone both of the cameras were scratched and take blurry pictures. The back one isn't that bad, but the front facing one puts a black halo over my head. It also lags a lot and has so many glitches. Is there any chance they still have my old phone and can just fix the antenna? I want my phone to work like it used to again. It's only a year old.
