My tablet for some reason is not connecting to my wi-fi. When I go into settings then wi-fi find mine it says connected. But when I pull the drop down bar at top it doesn't show it's connected like it used to. Any suggestions

Being able to connect to WiFi these days is crucial. Let's figure out what is going on. How long has this been going on? Have there been any recent changes since this started such as new apps, app updates or software updates? In the meantime, we can try to Forget the network by going to Settings, WiFi, selecting the appropriate network and pressing the Forget option.
