Losing gigs at inexplicable rate

I am beyond frustrated with how my usage is using gigs at a rate I cannot explain. I feel like I'very checked everything -- turning off Location, closing background apps every time I put down the phone -- everything I can think of. I'm begging for help at this point. Starting to wonder if VZW is going after my overages.

Part of your problem is probably killing all of the background apps.  This will cause them to restart, possibly to resync data and cause an increase in usage.  In the settings menu, you can find a data usage option that will tell you exactly where your data is going.
