How do I transfer my contacts from internal memory to microSDcard so that I can backup to PC

I installed the LG USB Modem Driver in my Cosmos 3so that I could treat the phone as a storge device plugged into my PC. But I can't see the contacts that were transfered to the phone by Verizon. Do I have to copy or move the contacts from internal memory to the micro SD card? How?

I saw an article that to download contacts from the LG Cosmos to a computer requires the LG PC Suite driver. Is this better than the LG USB Modem Driver?

Having your contacts on your computer is always good MDA40. Let's see what we can do to get them moved. Have you already installed an SD card with your phone? Do you have backup assistant on the LG?
