Droid turbo

My phone won't play videos on YouTube and videos on Instagram will play but there really isn't sound it's just kind of choppy and staticy and won't play music on Pandora, I keep having to press play and even then it only will play for a second if that, it has never done this to me was wondering if this happened to anyone else. It's very frustrating

We want your device to work flawlessly. What have you tried so far to fix the issue? Does your phone have the latest software version? Have you tried to uninstall these applications and then reinstall?

My phone is up to date on the software and I did uninstall and reinstall

Will the phone stream audio or video from any source smoothly? Do you have the problem with both Wi-Fi & 4g?
