I am the account owner and am supposed to have access to all lines on my account including usage messaging photos I can view usage and see text usage how do I get access to photos on one of my lines on my account or see messages
Account specific items like syncing from Verizon Messages+ requires you to sign into the line specific MyVerizon account. Each line can have a separate login for MyVerizon.
