Upgrade from old plan to verizon plan

Why is it that when you order online for plan it's not that way when you get your bill. I would rather stayed with my old plan than change to verizon plan and be lied to over and over again. I want to switch Bach to old plan how do I do that paying more than I was. Please help.thanks

The Verizon plan is the only plan available to switch to now, unless you are merely changing data levels. In other words, there is no way to change back.
