Having trouble hearing videos, etc. w/o phone up to my ear; therefore, cannot see video. Didn't always do this. Checked settings under "sound" and checked volume levels. What else can I do to be able to watch and hear? Appreciate any help!

The sound is working fine now. Don't know what happened or what I did but it's working. Thx for your response and your willingness to help solve my problem. Will definitely use this site for any future problems! Have a nice day!
