This is very strange, Richard. Especially since you have replaced the battery and the issue continues. Let’s get some more details, and explore ways to resolve. When did this charging issue started? Do you remember if issue started after installing/updating a particular application/software? Have you called our tech support at 800-922-0204 to troubleshoot? If you have, what specific troubleshooting steps have you done? I don’t want to ask you to do the same things twice.
