LG V10 bluetooth call volume barely audible

I just bought the LG V10. When I connect it the bluetooth in my car, the sound quality for music is great. But, when a phone call comes in the sound is barely audible. I've not had the problem with any previous phones in this car. Is there a setting somewhere I need to change? .

When you touch the volume the slide control pops up. Try the settings menu to right of that!

I want to see you taking those calls safely while you're in the car, tamole. Our friend 68bowtie is on the right track for volume control. One key to the volume would be to make sure that you're trying that volume change while a call is in action and not while music is playing. If that doesn't do the trick, are calls answered while off Bluetooth sounding clear and loud? Have you tried any other Bluetooth devices on your phone?
