My note 5 connects to my 4g and Internet fine but my husband does not the 4g has a line through it may . Does anyone have any idea how to fix this . He can only get on the Internet using WiFi not Verizon? ?

If he has a line through his screen, it's a faulty device, He can get it replaced under warranty.
