Contact pics on messages + app for PC.

I have been having a problem with contact pictures on the messages+ app for PC.

Even when I try to insert a photo from my own photo library, the picture won't show up. This issue has been raised in several other forums, without a solution.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the messages+ app three times, unfortunately, even more contact photos disappeared. All of the contact photos in Verizon cloud are accurate.

A Verizon rep said he would call me. That was eleven days ago. Has anyone solved this?

fourthin02, we don't want this to be an ongoing problem for you. Are you able to save photos to your contacts on your wireless phone with no issue? Did you manually upload photos for your contacts directly on the Verizon Messaging application?
