Nope being the screen is broke and like I mention in my post above there is no way to bypass the lock screen remotely or enter the passcode remotely. You would need to take the phone to someone who can replace the screen for you.
Depending on if you enabled Windows Phone native backup; synching to OneDrive you should be covered.
Unfortunately there is no way to unlock the device from a remote source like your computer.
can this be done if i take it into verizon store?
