Chat told me I could wait to activate my prepaid plan, then I got an email saying it was activated immediately. Chat then told me I could contact an agent, but we were unable to determine how to do this. Does anyone know how to contact an agent? Calling and pressing 0 doesn't work.
All I want to know is if I can wait to activate my prepaid plan, despite receiving an email that the plan has been activated.
