The “Please enjoy this Verizon Ringback Tone while your party is reached” is the default greeting message of a service called Ringback Tones. It’s an optional service offered to Verizon Wireless customers that are interested in providing entertaining music clips to their callers before the call is either answered or forwarded to voicemail.
