I have a Samsung note 5. It is under warranty. The stylus doesn't come out by itself. They think it is the spring in the stylus, not the phone but not sure. Will they replace it?
did you accidently put in in upside down? My note 3 stylus is temperamental if you put it in the wrong way
Mine broke today. The silver part that says Samsung came off the body of the pen. And now the pen is stuck in my phone. This is the second issue I had with my pen. My pen got stuck and wouldn't spring either, and it wasn't bc I put it in wrong. I used a thin plastic pen cap to push the pen in and it finally sprung back up.
Teresajohnson, That stylus is a great part of the phone. Cadd gave a great suggestion. Did you make sure it is in correctly? Are you referring to the stylus itself or the point part of the stylus?
