Added FamilyBase today and trying to set up. I have two lines. When I try to designate the second line as "child", I get an error message, " We are sorry. Your request wasn't completed. Please try again later." Site problems?
wns13, family base a is a great feature that helps you manage the usage on your account. Are you adding that feature online at My Verizon? Once it's added to your parent line, it will automatically be added to all the lines on your account. Click the link below for more details regarding the Family Base feature:
