Voicemail - A couple of weeks ago, my voicemail stopped functioning. Callers could not leave messages. When I call voicemail, I just get a busy signal. I have not set up a voicemai password. How can I get it working again?

I am trying to get my voicemail to work again on my Samsung Renown phone.  A couple of weeks ago, it stopped accepting messages.  I get a busy signal when I call my voicemail.

I know how important it is to have voicemail working properly KPHIL. We will work on getting this resolved. We may need to review the settings in our system to make sure Voice mail is on your account correctly. Is this for Prepaid?
