I Have had this phone for about a month now and during the first billing cycle I have used more than 2GB of data. I rarely am outside of a wifi connection. The iPhone on out account has used less than .5 data during the same billing cycle.
Here to help! Do you know which application or applications are using the bulk of the data? This can be determined from going to your device settings > data settings. Once there, you should see a list of applications, including the ones that are using the data.
You may also review this from your Data Utilization calculator from your My Verizon. If you go to Settings, then Data Usage on the phone, and tap the Cellular data tab, then scroll down, it will tell you exactly which apps are using your cellular data.
