I have went into Facebook and all other apps I could think of e-mails, ect and turned off notifications. This one still happens about every 5 min. It hurts my ear when I'm on a call because it's so loud. Please help me. I can't keep putting it on silent. I've missed calls and texts that way.I called Verizon rep didn't know either. Told me to go to store and see if they could help. Problem is the nearest corporate store is over a 100 miles away.
