Cant send pics

Ever since my daughter updated my phone for the first time I haven't been able to send or receive pics through text messaging.

When someone sends me a pic all I

I get is a download bubble that won't ever download.

Is there a setting that isn't right ?

We sincerely want to ensure that you're properly able to send or receive pics through text messaging. How much storage is available? ( Settings > Storage ) What device are you currently using?
