Updated my LG-G4 this morning and now I can't make or receive calls.
Neither can I!!!!
Same with my lg-g3
It took my phone HOURS to get right!! But it finally did.

Any suggestions on how to get my phone to work??!! Error "unfortunately call has stopped" keeps flashing and can not receive any incoming call. I am missing 100%of all business calls, after the update.
I lost my Ringback & Ringtones after the update 2-19-16 ??

We never want you to be without service. Does this only pop up when you're making or receiving a call? Have you tried to clear the cache for the phone app?
