Can't connect to wifi

My droid turbo will not connect to any wifi networks nor will it even let me turn on the wifi setting to even search for a network. The MAC and IP addresses are unavailable. I've restarted the phone several times, gone into safe mode, and done a factory reset to no avail.

You actually did all the troubleshooting steps.You can go to a Verizon store there is a technician there that can check and troubleshoot the phone. Adamcrew:smileyhappy:
