I accidently locked my sim card HELP

i accidently locked my sim card on my droid razr ... I just bought the phone and went and bought a new sim card thru Verizon at Walmart.. I was messing around on my phone and locked it... it didn't let me set up a passcode it just loked it and now I don't know the 8 digit number its wanting...plzz saumone help me
