How do I find out why my Mobile Hotspot is not connecting any of my devices to WiFi I have tried troubleshooting and nothing comes up?

I have had issues about 2-3 years ago that none of my devise connected my Mobile Hotspot. The devices read the hotspot but do not connect. Last time this occurred Verizon support had to recalibrate or something like that to work; does anyone have any ideas what else can be done.

Is this a mobile hotspot being broadcast by your phone? What devices are you trying to connect to the hotspot?

I am sorry to hear that these issues popped back up again, kap60. Let’s make sure this gets resolved so your devices are connecting again. Are you using a MiFi/Jetpack or the mobile hotspot feature from your phone? Are your devices able to connect with other WiFi networks or hotspots? This is important to know so we can begin some general troubleshooting steps on your hotspot. Keep us posted.
