Since we got this phone our data usage has increased exponentially. When looking at the application manager I see we have several application "running". Is this why we are burning data?
Increased data usage is certainly concerning, matseren. We want to make sure you're covered for the whole month. Let's work together and figure this out. Are you connected to WiFi when it is available? How long has this been happening? Any recent changes?
