How do I restore the Droid Command Ceter on my Mini?

Although I was able to find the command center in apps, I've been unable to restore it to my homescreen by enabling it. It appears that the program is already running. Even disabling it, turning the phone off and on and then enabling it again hasn't worked. I'm hoping that a reset isn't the only answer.

Long press an empty spot on your homescreen, then choose Widgets on the bottom; scroll through til you see Command Center, then drag that to your homescreen.  If it won't stay there, it means there's nbot enough empty space for it, so move things around till you can place it on your homescreen.
