Why do Verizon Wireless' surcharges fluctuate each month
Some charges are governmental charges which are affected by calls made and duration. Some counties have their own charges as well.
For example when I take business trips to California my bill is higher than when I go to one of our East Coasts offices. I tend to make more phone calls on the East Coast to boot.
Some are % based and is split between customer base. Since tax is based on how many customers and is split between customers it can fluctuate.
