Games won't load after update

My phone updated the software on the19th and since that day one of my games will not load. I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, restarting the phone, all the usual tricks. The other games do not have this problem. I've checked the game on other's phones and it works perfectly. Is there a way to return to the previous software version? Can you give me suggestions to solve this problem? Thank you.

Before you ask , there is no physical damage to the phone, wasn't dropped, no liquids.

It's always nice to make sure all the apps on your phone is working as it's suppose to even after the update. No worries, I'll help you try to figure out what's going on with that one particular game. It already sounds like you did the basic troubleshooting steps on your end.
