Why does my Droid Maxx drop calls when I use the phone at home, my wife is no the same plan but uses a IPhone and have no problems with hers

My Zip is 33401, the moment I got the phone my signal strength is very low, but my wife's is at two bars. The phone was recently swapped still the same.
